OUR ROOTS & OUR MISSION

Service Pro Marine was founded with an angler’s perspective in mind. While being employed for an Evinrude dealership over several years, what our founder noticed was how long it takes to get even the simplest of tasks completed, such as an annual service. Customers who did not own a trailer were at the mercy of the dealer, and basically captive to being brought in on a shop trailer, where the waiting game would begin. Having seen customers lose an entire species run in a season time after time, we knew there must be a better way to fast track an annual service.

With this mission in mind the best solution was to make a mobile marine business that served its customers in the shop,on the water, or on their docks by appointment. No down time, no waiting, no storage fees. No missing time from work to pick up or deliver. A real Service Pro! Hence the name of the company and the mission statement. We also have a facility in Oldsmar located conveniently on East Douglas Rd for those on trailers and for more involved service work. We specialize in all forms of outboard repair and trouble shooting and own all of the latest and greatest in software and diagnostic tools. We offer complete fuel injector servicing, DYNO testing, all forms of carburetion work and fuel system work to complete engine, and gearcase rebuilds. We cover all things outboard! We also offer electronics installations to complete rewiring, and new dash panel switch plates to add a fresh look to your older boat, along with full detailing to brighten her up all the way around.
